"Hotel generally fine, though we had a couple of negatives. 1- we chose the hotel in large part to make use of spa facilities, only to find that restricted hours in the holiday season meant this was not useable for us. 2- our room was part of an adjoining pair. At night a very loud couple of young men opened their adjoining door and continued being noisy. Thankfully, when I opened our door and asked them nicely if they could keep it down a bit, they did."

"Beautiful chateau hotel in a building that dates back hundreds of years. This is not a modern hotel but it has all the comfort and luxury plus the amazing history. I’d definitely stay here again. Breakfast is not included! "

"and helpful and will do everything to serve you. The amenities i.e the pool, gym, etc are just a great extra, more than other gotels offer. They even have a children's area with toys and more. The breakfast is so good for value and a good selection to choose from."

"Room clean and tidy, looks like a new bathroom was installed and was in excellent shape. Roll top bath, powerful shower and bed was pretty comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Didn’t stay for breakfast but used Beans a local cafe which I have been too several times. "
