"The property is impressive from the outside, cosy and comfortable on the inside. The staff are warm and friendly and welcoming. the facilities are good, lovely swimming pool nice bar and restaurant. The reason I have not given 5 star is 1. Temperature a little cool in the bar. 2. Toiletries in the rooms lacking considering the quality of hotel. 3. The bed was not re made although towels and water and tea coffee etc were replaced. So maybe they got distracted and forgot the bed. Not that I can't...

"Upgraded on arrival, staff on reception extremely welcoming, staff throughout hotel polite and courteous. Hotel very clean, and well maintained. First visit here, but will definitely be returning."

"Lovely receptionist on check in. Some young, not particularly proffesional staff at dinner. Long wait for service. Poor bar boy Danny. One girl from restaurant not always kind to him. Guests in bar all commenting " poor boy " it was very busy and only him serving bar and restaurant. Waitress stated too loud, unfortunately all in the bar heard. "You need to prioritise the restaurant not the people in bar' not good to hear when you are in a full bar lounge. Certainly under staffed. Two guests left...
