"No communication via Expedia/VRBO but eventually made contact directly. Issue on arrival with no keys or gate entry and it was pouring with rain. Resolved quickly as another arrival had taken all the keys from box!! Reasonably spacious airy flat in good location close to nightlife and shops (but not riverside or cathedral view as advertised) but close to both. Easy walk into all the amenities in town. Stay would have been better if there had been an information pack with WiFi code and how to...

"The flat has been lovingly & tastefully restored in keeping with the buildings history & surrounding conservation area. The flat had mostly everything needed to have an enjoyable stay. "Lovely quirky accommodation in a really convenient location. Apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed, we also had to work during our visit so the desk was an added bonus! The host was super helpful and quick to respond to questions. All in all a lovely stay, would recommend."

"Wonderful accommodation. It was in a perfect location. Only fault we had was we had no details to tell us how you got the keys to the apartment, before we got there. It would have been good to know if you go to Byfords they will give you a parking permit for your stay near Budgens. "

"We stayed for a long weekend in order to visit our daughter. The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt very luxurious. Emily was a great host. Communicated well and was super helpful. Some great hints snd tips about places to eat etc. The location is perfect. Right near St Andrews and within walking distance of the Cathedral and the city centre.We love Norwich and now have a great place to stay when there."

"Lovely place. Alistair greeted us when we got there, there was fresh milk, wine, and basic pantry things for our use. He was also available if we had any issues which we did not everything was wonderful. Was visiting family in the area and would definitely stay again on future trips!"
