"Excellent location for visiting everywhere we had on our list! Right by a tram line but it was easy enough and close enough to walk. Staff were friendly & helpful. A convenient pick up point for the trips we had booked. A (unexpected) birthday treat was a lovely touch on my husband’s birthday. Liked option to not have room cleaned and the ‘reward’ for doing so. If we ever return to Krakow we would definitely stay here again."

"This a pretty hotel, very well located and convenient for shopping and dining. I gave 5 stars for the VIP access despite not receiving it completely because the staff tried their best to make me happy, room upgrade was not available but they upgraded me two levels and I only paid for one.
