"A lot of room in this apartment. Just one block off the main square. Very convenient for all the sightseeing - we walked everywhere. Close to the university, so the street was a little noisy until the wee hours, but ear plugs solved that problem for us. Overall a great apartment - we would definitely stay there again!"

"High ceilings with huge windows made for a bright apartment (even in December). Less than 2 minute walk to the medieval town center with Christmas market and 15-20 year round dining options. Great communication with host made for a comfortable stay. "

"The villa was clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for relaxing, playing, and sleeping. Communication was excellent and our host responded to any questions quickly. The hot tub and sauna were nice additions for relaxing. Two small things and understandable things of note-were that the air condition and hot tub were preset for max. The only thing I gave 4 star was location. Although close to city, traffic is bad and Ubers for our group were hard to get. I would advise giving lots of time...

"We had a great stay in this apartment which is situated perfectly on the edge of the Jewish Quarter with easy access to the Old Town and is right next to public transport options (trams and buses). The apartment itself is huge with high ceilings. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and living room were perfect for hanging out in. "Stayed there a whole week and really loved the location because you can walk everywhere. The unit and building is clean and modern. Building has an elevator. I will definitely recommend this unit to my friends and when I'm back in Kraków, I will try to book it again because we loved it so much. Thanks so much"

"We really liked our stay. It was just like the pictures. We slept well and everything worked just fine like the AC and shower. We couldn't find forks, spoons, or cooking utensils, so we just brought some from the grocery stores on the corner. We really loved how close it was to the center; it really was 5 minutes! "This property is conveniently located near the Old Town of Krakow. The kitchen appears to be new with very nice appliances. The bath rooms contained nice fixtures as well. One item that was not so nice was that we only had 2 bath towels for the three of us. There were also only two regular pillows among all 4 beds. Some aspects of this apartment were top notch but the beds and bed and bath linens did not match that standard."

"Future tenants need to be aware of the very steep "witch's stairs" to the loft which are difficult to negotiate esp. with full hands. The loft is also not very tall and average height people can only stand upright in the very center of the room along the ridge line. Getting in and out of bed, making the bed, etc. are inconvenient at best. Not a deal breaker, but if you have any mobility issues you should be aware of these characteristics which are not very obvious from the photos. Otherwise a...

"Alles Top, der Vermieter war sehr nett, Häuschen wie beschrieben, zentral mit dem Auto alles zu erreichen. 2 Minuten bis zu einem kleinen Supermarkt wo man frische Brötchen und Wurst kaufen kann. Das einzige was beschrieben war und fehlte war die Waschmaschine. Ansonsten alles super, wir würden wieder kommen. Danke"

"The PURO hotels are quite special for their design and decor and I found myself both at home in the contemporary surrounds and inspired by some of the features. Coffee and other hot beverages are available constantly on a help yourself basis. The restaurant serves fresh made to order simple health comfort food options and has long opening hours making it convenient to eat around excursions. The location was quite a walk from the old town , along a main road, but there’s plenty to see in each direction so I looked at this as an advantage.Comfortable and well thought out bedrooms. I’d definitely stay in PURO hotels again and would search them out when visiting Polish cities as a reliable, restful, elegant hotel for a trip."

"I like how each room has a tablet which can be used to control lighting, temperature, television, etc. Breakfast is an extra charge but there is a wide selection of food and I would say its well worth the price. The staff was also very helpful. The only thing that didn't work for us was the phone and we were unable to dial local numbers even though the hotel staff told us that it ahould work - this issue was not resolved during our stay."

"Amazing hotel in the heart of the old town. Great big rooms and comfortable bed. The spa and pool are great and a must do. The hotel bar also does great cocktails. Highly recommended!!"
