"Top notch staff; restaurant menu excellent; breakfast buffet is well worth it; rooms well appointed and spacious; bathrooms are spacious and well cleaned; however, carpet needs attention; a room or ceiling fan would have been appreciated "

"The location is really good just outside of the Old Town and a few mins walk from Wawel Castle The staff were really lovely and answered all my questions and suggested things to do in the area There was a little lounge room that anyone could use that had books and DVDs to borrow, there were DVD players in the room. I didn’t use it but there was a computer and printer available to use in the lounge too Would highly recommend staying here!"

"This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location. It is just a few minutes walk from the train station which is on a direct line from the airport, a journey of seventeen minutes. It only takes about ten minutes to walk to the main square. It’s a lovely touch to be able to adopt a plant during your stay! Staff were all very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. If I was to return to Krakow I would stay here again."
