"Our stay have been pleasant as always. Smooth check-in and check-out. Very polite and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and good size room. However, I have found the water filter jug instead of a water bottle ( even if it was not a complimentary gesture) unacceptable for 4* Accor property. The expectation of using a water drawn from the bathroom sink although filtered to drink is disturbing. Although the bathroom/ shower room was clean, there was a visible mould in between the tiles, which is...

"Good hotel rooms, good location. Staff were great, food options excellent. Some things to note: 1) The desk has a drawer underneath it which rubs on your legs when using it. Still better than not having one, but I wouldn't want to be working at the desk for more than an hour or so. 2) The blockout on the curtains isn't perfect - once the sun comes up, you may need an eye mask. 3) Despite being on the 37th floor, you can still hear the trams as they rumble past outside.
