"We enjoyed the stay and the hotel had a wonderful location. Breakfast offered was excellent with a great selection. The hotel conditon lackwd up keep. Several broken tiles in the bathroom did cit one of our guests food (tile under sink) Doors dont latch etc. Staff would not refesh coffee and room servive was skipped once. "

"Stayed here for 3 nights in late November. As a solo traveller here to see the sights I only had a basic single room with no view, but it was very comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. All the staff spoke very good English, which saved both them and me from my basic Polish. Check-in was welcoming and efficient. The sky-bar has superb views out over the river. "We were only to stay at this hotel for 12 hours & had to leave at 4am due to flight times. Check in went smoothly. The room was nice, comfortable bed & tea & coffee were available. The only thing that stopped me giving it a higher rating was that there appeared to be a dog in the next room & was barking- not good when you need to sleep, also there was also some banging coming from their room 🙄 I can not comment on breakfast as we had left. "
