"As a repeat guest I was generally satisfied. Not blown away, but satisfied. The unexpected : lI had to call housekeeping twice to change the ground sheet on one of the beds, first time because my daughter identified mould, the second time to change it because of holes. Why would a sheet with holes get missed ? The dinner was to expectations but the breakfast was very sub-par. "Amazing hotel combined traditional with modernness. We had a large tatami room with regular beds and a Japanese futon bed. It was large and comfortable. Breakfast was Japanese style which we loved. Our daughter however, can not get past eating rice and fish for breakfast. The hotel is not conveniently located, not easily walkable from the train train station. The hotel offers a shuttle bus that takes you to and from train station but stops at 5 pm. You will have to take a taxi, if you return...
