"Very good location Decent property. Nobu restaurant on the premise too. But flies in the toilet...complained to the receptionist, but nothing was done about it. Also, some staff can be a bit odd/rude... whilst most others are nice, tbh. "

"As the property was right in the centre of Chester, everything was within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and polite, and resolved some minor issues with our room quickly and efficiently. We had an "executive" room, which was well worth the extra money, being a lot larger than standard, with a sofa and 2 chairs in the seating area. Parking was very easy, being in the attached multi storey shopping centre carpark (£10 for 24 hrs), accessing directly into the hotel. As there was...

"This was an amazing property, central to all of the Venice sights and very easy to navigate to and from. The room was exquisite - spacious and very well appointed and we made ample use of the gym facilities. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Strongly suggest visiting the restaurant on prem if you can as it is amazing. "

Gorgeous hotel, perfect location

"Lovely hotel, in the perfect location of Southbank. I paid for an upgrade and received a terraced view looking over the London eye. It was beautiful, especially in the evening. The hotel itself was in a perfect location, a short walk away from Big Ben, the houses of Parliament, London Eye, Thames cruises, Madame Tussauds / Sea life and lots more. It's just the perfect location. Please be aware, parking is available on-site, however, is charged at £65 so is a little pricey. However, there is a carpark a few minutes away at £20 per 24 hours - Waterloo Carpark SE1 7NQ that is a little more budget friendly. Overall, beautiful hotel. Would 100% stay again. "
