"This is in the perfect location from the metro and walking distance around the square and all the shopping. The walls are a little noisy when someone is running water but to me that was white noise. The room was spacious and I LOVED the heated floors in the bathroom. We had a fantastic time in Brussels and would definitely stay here again. "

"Wonderful central location!!! Staff were friendly, one star off for an extremely long check in wait. There was a problem with the boiler the next morning and we were offered a refund on the parking, didn’t make the ice cold shower any better but at least they tried to fix it so cannot fault them. Overall great experience, loads of restaurants and shops all in walking distance. Parking directly under the hotel. "
