Despite the busy street below, it was quiet and the multiple layer curtains kept out all the light for a comfortable night rest. The view from the rooftop was incredible. The spa was also fantastic! I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Great customer service, clean hotel, well located (for those who struggle with hills, consider elsewhere!) but a massive disappointment that the rooftop pool was closed for refurbishment - we would have booked elsewhere and the price did not reflect the closure. The hotel did arrange for us to use the pool at other Epic hotel which we did, but was not quite the same carting our stuff across the city to use it. "
