"Front door does not lock properly - easy to fix just needs to be screwed in properly. No parking included. $20 for 12hrs. Lovley outside area, fantastic having laundry in the unit. Lound, kitchen, bedroom all very nice. There was food (half eaten) left in the fridge but that took 2 seconds to throw away. The noise outside with party goers, extremly loud cars racing up amd down the driveway was the qorst. But extremly convienant location."

"We have traveled the world and stayed at many accommodations and this really is the best we have experienced."

"A great small space for a short stay. Everything was fresh and clean. Right in the main street near the market. The only downside was there was only a winter weight doona and we slept badly because we were so hot. "

"Our stay at the Sands was great. The communication from Waiheke Unlimited was great. The location is perfect, right on the beach and waking distance to cafes and restaurants. The room was comfortable and had extra amenities like a coffee machine! Perfect for a short or long stay. Our room was only a 1br but we had many family and friends there with 2 and 3 bedrooms which were all lovely. Couldn’t fault it"

"I am really pretty easygoing. Two lights not working? That’s OK, I can still see. No dresser or drawers to put any clothes? That’s OK, I can live out of my suitcase. The safe does not work and they have no intention of fixing it? Well, that one was disconcerting because I have two months’ worth of cash to worry about, but that’s OK. "My wife and I would stay here again. The pictures did not do this place justice for the room and views we had. Please add a photo of the roof top area as this is a winner. This is a large apartment with a small bedroom but large open plan living space. I have only marked down a few areas as per the rating questions asked. We never saw the property manager but didn't need to. They left us to ourselves and we had no issues. The Weber BBQ on the rooftop was actually very dirty and needed a good...
