They then stored our luggage so that we could get on with our day and check in properly later. Our apartment should have had a washing machine but it was not present. Within a few minutes we had been given a different room with full facilities. The accommodation was roomy, clean and perfect for our needs. The staff were great and always prepared to go the extra mile "
