The place needs renovation, WiFi doesn't work, cleaning in the shared bathrooms could be improved. But the location is great. So if you are looking for 1 night near the station - this would do."

"The hotel is situated about a 20-25min walk from the Kandy Tooth relic temple. It is a good place for one night in Kandy. The WiFi does not reach the room, but you can go down to the lobby and get WiFi there. The rooms are nice, there was not much hot water. The dance center is next door and they have shows at night. We got there late at night, but the show might end around 7-8pm. If you are in Kandy for a few days I’d recommend this hotel. "

"1. The bed and shower was clean (very important for us). 2. The room and the balcony was very comfortable with enough space for my wife and myself. 3. The staff in the front desk were very nice and polite. 4. The property is right next to a supermarket and 5 min walk from the beach."

" I received email from manager that hotel is closed ( day before staying in hotel) due to some government issues and got directed to other hotel . Even though Chitra was helpful it wasn’t hotel I would chose and it added stress to my 32 hrs flight not knowing exactly where I’m staying ."

"AVOID at all costs! Hotel offers airport transfer - I messaged 3 times, not only did no one come to the airport they had no booking (despite pre paymen) 3 am, not expected, boy that didn’t speak English, more than terrible! Eventually given a filthy room, you wouldn’t put a dog in it! The door didn’t shut let alone lock! Couldn’t even buy a bottle of water, no restaurant as advertised, no breakfast. Absolutely the worst. NOT FIT FOR HUMANS "

"Great stay here on my first night in Sri Lanka. Really clean, modern, and everything you would expect from a hotel of this quality. It's also very close to Colombo Fort station which is useful if you are going to continue the trip by train! I didn't use the pool but had a drink there and it looks great - one note was that the service was quite slow! Breakfast options were vast. Would definitely stay here again. "
