"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely resort. My only complaint would be the staff at Poisons on the Beach restaurant. The food was very good, but the service was inconsistent - we either sat ignored for 10 minutes or had water and menus as soon as we sat down. Regardless of how busy it was. The servers were very nice, just seemed rather disorganized and at times disinterested. The bar staff was worse. We were often served after people who arrived after us were served, the bartenders...

"TRYP was really convenient. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. The guy at the pool bar was very respectful and made really good drinks. It's a 3 minute walk to Palm Beach. Hidden nightclub is right behind the property so at night time expect to hear loud music til about 1 am. The food was good, the prices were reasonable. Hotel was clean and my room was extremely cute! I loved my stay and will stay again. 10/10"
