She described our trip as the, “Greatest time of my life!”. Every single staff member we encountered was a smiling, welcoming ambassador to this resort, and the island of Aruba overall. I had heard mixed reviews - old, outdated rooms, upkeep of the property, long lines to check-in, and in some regards the service. The location was amazing. "Beautiful resort. extremely calm. included breakfast is awesome. Service is outstanding - better than most 5stars resorts like Ritz. The beach is fantastic, much quieter and beautiful than Palm Beach. Rooms were ok, nothing luxury but had everything needed. Massages were really not great - only disappointment of our stay with them. Felt like both massage therapist had never done that before.
