"Very clean, quiet property. Well maintained. Nice free breakfast daily. Excellent location directly across from Eagle Beach with reserved chairs and palapas. Only complaint is ice and water for guests must be provided by restaurant staff and often takes quite a while to get ice/water. An addition of an ice maker for property with water bottle refill station would be great. Otherwise, perfect stay. "

"It’s a wonderful resort. The beach is not over crowded like some of the other hotels on the strip. Their newly renovated cabanas are beautiful with cold storage in these modern tables. Every morning the staff provide snacks in containers with bottles of water inside the tables for your convenience. They have a storage cupboard for you to place all of your belongings for the day. "overall we had an excellent time with only a few minor issues. It seems a little ridiculous to tell guests they cannot adjust the temperature in the room and you need to call the front desk and theyll have someone adjust. If you dont want people turning off the AC, then put a cover on that section of the thermostat but people should be able to adjust the temperature as everyone has different preferences.
