"Nice modern and clean room. Flexible with request for late check out. Moved rooms no issue due to noisy aircon, next room very quiet. Breakfast was nice. Bar nice but lacking ambience- not many there. Unsafe area at night addressed with shuttle on demand to mall/ eateries. Very close to Gautrain. Would stay again but be mindful can't just pop out of hotel as you please."

"Great hotel and location. Easy and quick check in. The best breakfast buffet, amazing bar/restaurant and gym. This was the best hotel stay in Johannesburg. The hotel is surrounded by the Nelson Mandela plaza and mall. You have access to many stores and food places. The bar/restaurant at the hotel offered some of the best meals and drinks. Must stay here. This hotel is great for family, couples and business. It was less than 30 minutes away from airport and 5 minute walking for everything else...

"I paid for Superior Apartment and was checked into a standard apartment which was very discouraging till I managed to realized I was in the wrong apartment, then I screamed at the management. That was very heart breaking after paying so much. "
