"Great hotel to spend time with family although rooms in need of some attention. Took three visits to reception to get maintenance to put a seal around shower door to prevent water running out of bsthroom into hotel room. Resteraunt had a good varied selection daily and staff very attentive especially Mohammed and Mr Samir the Resteraunt manager.Water park slides could also do with some extra checks to find small points with rough joints causing small abrasions/cuts.Nightime entertainment ok but...

"Excellent for children .with the heated pools . There was different areas on the resort from lively to quiet , something for all ages . Varied choices to eat from ..no choices for people ,children with allergies,...service in the restaurant was questionable at times ,staff more interested in chatting to each other,,dirty used dishes on tables left longer than should be.floors in restaurant not swept , regularly.there were staff who went above service other who just sauntered along.. "Great option in Hurghada Near the option and city centre It is not a very new hotel but it has been undergoing small improvements. All the areas and room are always clean and tidy. The beach is very nice and we can find a lot of pools inside the complex. The dining options seem to be way better than the average. The alcohol options are not at the same level as in other countries but still good. Although we could find a lot of strange people reserving sunbeds when they wake up (and don't show up...

"Our 2nd stay at the kenzi club for some pre Christmas sun. Exceptional value for money. The hotel & grounds are beautiful & kept so clean & tidy. We had a suite & it was amazing. Can not fault any member of staff. They are so friendly and can’t do enough to help. Many of whom remembered us from last year. Would like to especially thank younes, yousef (waiter outdoors lunchtime ), yousef (waiter indoors dinner ) and Mohammed ( waiter in the bar on a night time ) They are a credit to the hotel...
