"Nice property, only inconvenience was room not being ready until 4. We had dinner reservations and my wife wasn’t able to touch up her makeup, had to leave our bags and go straight to Dinner. I’ve worked in hospitality before and understand when things are out of their control. Staff was great"

"We had a great experience at the Doubletree Resort. Check-in and out was fast, the employees were great, the restaurant food was good. Our room was very big and comfortable. We did have some trouble with the AC not able to be adjusted, it had to be turned on and off when it got too hot or cold. The pool closest to our room had no towels and we had to go fetch them from another pool as well as the hot tub not working. Overall it was a good experience."
