"The friendliest staff of any resort we've stayed at. Everything was very clean and easy to access. Point in thyme restaurant was very good with exceptional staff. Front counter was more than helpful with answering questions and even allowed early check in since our room was ready. Spa service was nice one day. We enjoyed the pools with falls and water slide until they got busy in the afternoon and then moved to the adult pool for peace and quiet. Excellent experience all around and having a Starbucks onsite is always a win. "

"The water pressure in shower head needs to be adjusted as it was a very soft pressure/light sprinkle. Made it difficult to wash hair etc. everything else was decent. "

"We booked a suite with two queens and a pull out couch. The room was very clean, all the spare linens were clean and waiting in a bedding bag. The water pressure is great and so is the hot water. "
