"We ordered a room with two beds, but they didn't have any when we arrived. They upgraded us to a suite, which was really nice.The living room with a couch and two chairs and a TV, and a separate bedroom with a king bed. The problem was we wanted two beds, not a bed in a pull out couch."

"Property is very beautiful on the outside. Was greeted with the Valet who was very helpful. Front desk check in was great. Pay for parking bc there is no where to park in WASHINGTON DC. Parking garage was very clean. Upon entering the hotel room, everything was working. Very clean and spacious. Would stay again!!! "

"Start of trip was challenging. Arrived after check in time and the room wasn’t ready. I had to wait over an hour. They should have offered a drink coupon. I didn’t receive a text that the room was ready so stood in line again to check status. The couple next to me was offered an upgraded room. I then inquired for myself and they did offer a room on the executive level. That room was nice and it was nice to have access in the lounge. "
