"The hotel was very nice. It was spacious and the included breakfast was great. Communication could have been better. The hotel offered an airport transfer for the day we arrived but they didn’t show up at the airport so we had to take a taxi, which was more expensive. The taxi driver also struggled to find the hotel. When we arrived, the people working at the front desk couldn’t find our reservation. It all worked out, but this could have been smoother."
