Same for the pool staff, had to wait an hour for towels after repeated requests for towels. Food was okay and some staff were good, but very different than what we are used to. "We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a little oasis on the west side. Close to all the sights on that side of the river but also close to the boats that can take you to the east side with all the other temples.
