"This guesthouse is in a quiet and peaceful setting with beautiful views of the nearby temple complex and quaint village life. However this place has many drawbacks. First of all it is very hard to find; no taxi driver knows where it is and there isn’t even a sign. Second, we had two rooms and neither shower worked. You hear ever sound from other guests coming and going and lastly, the staff tried to charge us 1,300 EGP for dinner. There are 2 decent restaurants you can walk to but no other...

Definitely different from the run of the mill Western style hotels, only minutes away from the Nile..Way more peaceful than the east bank situated in a very friendly village. The management and staff were amazingly helpful and kind. The restaurant was great, we never even bothered eating anywhere else. "

"This is a beautiful place to stay. It is located on the West Bank about a 10 minute walk from the ferry. The room was spotless when I checked in. Beautiful view of the Nile. Staff was very friendly and helpful and was always available for any questions or assistance. Being located on the West Bank is an idea location since it is much more quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Luxor in the future."

"Sayed and the team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the property super well kept. It’s close to everything you need to do on the West Bank and if you need they can organise a driver for you. There are plenty of local taxis and Tuk tuks too. Dinner is very reasonably priced and has a wealth of options - all Egyptian. I can’t recommend staying here enough! "
