If you have the chance eat at the 1886, I have eaten at 3 and 4 star restaurants in London and would easily put this on a similar level but at a fraction of the price. All the staff go out of there way to help and always with a great smile on their face"

"Our room was really spacious!! Could have been handicap accessible because it had that much space!! Staff was super friendly, welcoming and attentive! The property is huge, so you are able to call for a cart to come pick you up! We ate at the Asian restaurant which was okay! Lobby is always busy but I would say the grounds are pretty quiet. The pool with slide obviously attracts more kids than the one located closer to the lobby. You will need an outlet adapter. The hotel does have some but we weren't able to get them to work. Pro Tip* the outlet in the bathroom under the hair dryer works with a normal US plug (wink)"
