"This a safe and clean hotel. Other guests were friendly. Loved the accepted pets. CUSTOMER SERVICE is AMAZING!!! As well as, accommodating. Only complaints are ice machine has not worked entire stay (at least month) and the bed does not have center slats so bed sank in middle. If you sat on edge you would roll to center. 4 complaints made!"

"Stay was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Free spacious parking lot. Hotel was clean. Cloth Sofas could use updating though. Appreciated the shades instead of old curtains on the windows as in other hotels. Good location to Coliseum, stores, restaurants and a small casino around corner. Indoor poor and fitness room. Breakfast was just fair. "

"The stay was good. I was not concerned about my car. The breakfast could have been better, the eggs were cold the muffins were still partly frozen. The phone in the room and the bathroom fan wasn’t working. The hotel and the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable. I will stay there again 😀 and recommend this best western! "

"The staff was wonderful. Friendly, helpful and kept their cool in spite of some challenges. The physical plant needs help--elevator was not working and battery in my door lock was dead, so took 3 trips to front desk (4 flights of stairs) to rekey and finally a lovely woman came in to repair lock. There was another guest with the same problem. "
