"Well I liked the room and the pool and the customer service but too much crazy stuff happening through the night outside the hotel with other people staying at the same hotel a lot of noise and people staying there or not staying the up at all hours of the night but I liked the receptionists they gave smiles and didn’t give an issue about me asking for an hour extension to check my room but the hotel has too much traffic and drama not in involving the employees that have to deal with it "

"Place was very clean front desk friendly. Quiet rooms no one just hanging around. One small issue..lack of pillows. We had a King size bed with 3 very small pillows not even full size. Did ask front desk and was given 2 more small pillows, besides that it was good. Would come back but with my own pillow."

"Our room was huge. It was clean and comfortable. We stayed only one night pre cruise. Was disappointed that we had no shampoo (empty container) and a light bulb out. I would still stay there again. Breakfast was good"
