"This is a good place to stay - the house is great and the location is perfect. However, the check in ptocess was very frustrating. The VRBO listing gives the wrong address, so when we arrived we pulled into a neighbor's driveway by accident. This apparently happens a lot because the neighbor (who was home) immediately pointed us to the correct house. Then the check in instructions gave the wrong key code for the front door, so we had to call and message the host multiple times just to get...

"We planned a quick get-a-way and decided to come to Cape Charles to spend the day and stay over night. The house was charming with plenty of room. The owners communicated well and they were very accommodating on my last minute trip planning. The beach wasn’t far at all and town was in walking distance with nice weather. We came in March so it wasn’t perfect beach weather but we are hoping to come back when it’s warmer! "

"Great trip for spring break! The house is perfectly situated walking distance between the main park and beach. Having the golf cart available worked well for travel to and from the downtown shops and eateries. Ashley was easy, flexible, and very prompt to communicate with. This was our second trip to Cape Charles, this house was cozy and comfortable and truly felt like a vacation! "
