"The building itself is not finished. Be prepared to enjoy the sounds of pounding and drilling if you want to take a nap after a long trip, like I tried and failed. It is an apartment. It has settings for 3 but 2 chairs. Lights in the hall work if you walk halfway down the hall in the dark. No emergency exit lighting. No switches outside apartment door to turn lamps on in hallway.
