"Great hotel, could not accommodate early checkin however they held our bags and we were free to explore. Lovely bar for a night cap, which also served food if needed. Beds confortable, and very convenient for the old town, walked into the main town and train station, Jewish Quarter, well positioned for everywhere."

"Just left here after 4 days with my dad, Lovely staff very helpful with great communication. The only thing I’ll say is this which is probably my fault is that there were 74 steps to our flat on the top floor, with no lift, my dad managed but wish I’d have understood better which took. I’d booked. Other than that a lovely well located place. "

"Had such a lovely stay. We booked a deluxe room which was very nice, furnished well and had the finishing touches you would expect. The only small issue was the temperature of the room being too high despite the AC being on the lowest setting. as we were out exploring the city for most of the day it wasn’t too much of a problem therefore I didn’t flag it with the staff so haven’t knocked off any stars for that. The spa was also very nice and relaxing with great facilities, the only thing that would’ve topped it off was if the spa had provided a basic face wash or face towels. The staff were helpful, attentive and even helped us book an excursion. Overall a really lovely stay and I would definitely recommend to friends and family. "
