It has settings for 3 but 2 chairs. Lights in the hall work if you walk halfway down the hall in the dark. No emergency exit lighting. No switches outside apartment door to turn lamps on in hallway. Elevator is not finished. It is still fiberboard on the inside. Keypad not calibrated so be ready to jab at it for...
