"Photos are much better. Laundry is not self-service- it is pay per item and very expensive. Food was decent. Bathroom was clean but the extra blankets were not very clean looking and there was no cover to put them in. Front desk staff are nice."

"Lovely stay. Clean and well maintained. We were upgraded to a castle view and that was lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very good value for money. Breakfast was top tier, best I’ve had at a hotel and so cheap too. Krakow was amazing and old town was so close. A short walk. "
