"It was a convenient place to stay when visiting the Great Ocean Road and surrounds. The room was clean and bed was fairly comfortable. The only slight annoyance was the sound of trucks due to hotel location."

"The property is on Great Ocean Road in the heart of the Lorne beachfront. It has easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the ocean. Surprisingly, it is quiet after 9:30 p.m. in January—a very family-friendly area. The staff at the motel were very friendly. The room was spacious, with added touches of silverware and real wine glasses. The finishings were a little tired but it did not detract from the comfort of our stay. "

"We only needed a one night stop and perfect for that with comfy bed. Garden area needed a gd tidy up and luckily there was someone there who rang to get us checked in as office unmanned on a Monday. Older style and dated but was perfect for our requirements "

"Good place to stop by on the great ocean road. Lovely farm and views of the sea from the property. The shared kitchen was well equipped and dining room/lounge were large enough to accommodate guests. Room did get cold but a heater was provided and the beds were very comfy. Shared bathrooms were clean. "

"The property was perfect for myself and my partner to celebrate an anniversary. The hosts were very welcoming and willing to help with everything including some great suggestions for local eateries! We will be back!"
