"Pros: Good customer service, hotel facilitated an early check-in and providing different pillows. Bed was comfortable, location was great - walking distance to Melbourne Park for the AO, the airconditioner worked well, great blackout curtains and housekeeping service. Nice food at Harry's restaurant for dinner and the buffet breakfast. Cons: Hotel is way past its prime, would have been 5 star in the 80's & 90's but not now. "The Radisson on Flagstaff was well priced for the exceptional level of service that we received from the very helpful staff here. Unlike many city hotels, there was no outside noise at night, which was a bonus. The Standard room had a lovely view, a comfy king size bed, and the bath that we had requested. "The hotel was well situated close to public transport with Flinders Street station virtually opposite and a tram stop only a couple of minutes away. The room was comfortable and quiet with a reasonably sized bathroom. The breakfast was good also. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Stayed for 4 nights and the hotel is in the perfect location! Staff were all so helpful and friendly. Only one lift in use for 4th floor and no stair access would be the only downside. Clean and comfortable room! Would definitely return to Batman’s on Collins in the future. Thank you. "
