"The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. Also, the bed was placed under the window and there was water leaking from the window to the pillow. We found this problem at the midnight and only staying for one night so we didnt ask the staffs to...

"My experience at this hotel was a pleasant one. We walked from the Shin station. We arrived early and they happily checked our bags in while we went to Team Lab for entertainment. They helped arrange a Taxi to Team Labs for us. When we arrived back to the hotel, the check process was easy, even though I do not speak Japanese. They were very friendly and spoke English. The room was really clean and had pajamas and slippers for all 3 of us. I really liked their soaking tub and rose bath salts. "
