"The check in was slow, only one guy at the desk on a Monday at 5:00 pm, so I was in line for about 20 minutes to check in. Beyond that, my stay was excellent. No noise from other guests, the room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was good. I plan to stay there again when visiting Sac on business. "The reception at this hotel is always excellent. We arrived before check in time, but as my husband is a bit disabled and was unable to cope with the rest of the day, she allowed us to check in early where he could nap a bit. The elevator was out of service, and that was the only problem we encountered."
