"Excellent "

"This was a good place to stay near UC Davis. The train noise did not bother us. Parking was easy. My only complaint would be the room we were in had broken blinds on the balcony door, missing many slats that let light pour into the room. I had to hang up a towel to act as a curtain. The rug felt less than clean and there was some moldiness in the shower. BUT - the beds and linens were clean and so was the room overall. We would stay again."

"The beds were very comfortable, showers clean but the shower doors leaked water onto the floor outside of the shower. While the room was nice, it was super tiny. We had a 2 queen room for 4 adults. There was less than 2 feet between the beds and less than 2 feet between the beds and the desk and TV. You couldn’t walk around the room all at once and add the 4 bags we had our stuff in…way to small. The rooms with multiple beds should be bigger. Especially for the $300 a night price. "

"The reception at this hotel is always excellent. We arrived before check in time, but as my husband is a bit disabled and was unable to cope with the rest of the day, she allowed us to check in early where he could nap a bit. The elevator was out of service, and that was the only problem we encountered."

I was in this building in 2018 and it has undergone considerable wonderful renovation since I was last here. It’s clean, bright, modern. A wonderful location for access to downtown Davis. Nice quiet room with a great shower "
