"I love the B Ocean. I stay there every time I visit Ft. Lauderdale. However the check in process is terrible. I arrive early and stand in line quite a while before getting to the check in desk to be told that my room is not ready and that I will be informed when it is ready. When I go to ‘recheck in’ I have to wait in line again. It takes too long and is rather hectic. They need to improve the process for guests who arrive before the 4 PM check in time. "

"it was ok but they false advertise its basically a motel . they lie about the property it’s not as nice as it shows on the website . the fridge wasn’t working and wasn’t cleaned at all it had mold in it . microwave was dirty w old food in it . the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain it clogged . i"

"Loved everything about this property! Staff were friendly and efficient. Deco was beautiful. Rooms were clean. Areas were well lit and we felt very safe. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style, also made to order station is available. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and I will stay here every time I’m in town"
