"The staff was excellent! I had to change my reservation and they were very accommodating. Staff greeted me every time I came in! My room was on the 2nd floor and I had a balcony that faced St Charles street. There were rocking chairs and a table and chairs on the balcony which was so nice for relaxing! The room was beautiful and spacious, one of the best rooms I’ve stayed at (and I travel every week for work) I will definitely recommend this place and stay here again on my next work trip to New Orleans! "
