"Everyone at the Hotel was very friendly and helpful. Marilia, the receptionist was awesome and made sure we were comfortable throughout our 5 night stay there. Victor, another receptionist, ran to the office of our tour company at 3AM in the morning to check if they were open as our Rainbow Mountain trip was cancelled.
