"The big drawback was that the indoor pool closed early for children and the outdoor pool closed too early for everyone, plus the waterpark was still not open. The front desk was not well organized and it is not clear which customer is next to be helped."

"This is our favourite place to stay in Dubai. The hotel Is lovely. The Residence (adjacent to the main hotel) is ideal for families. We had a two bedroom apartment which had loads of space for us. Kitchen was ideal and the washing/ drying facilities were really handy. Only negative was the Indian restaurant. The staff are friendly and the setting is great but the food was disappointing especially for the price. Apart from that it was, as usual, a great few days."

"First day of checkin we found several floor tiles in bedroom all cracked and broken with sharp edges dangerus to walk on it Also noticed Roches in the room Sofa bed broken Hotel staff could not change our room cuz no other room was available for 2 days We even tried to find another hotel but could not find apartment hotel or suite that could accomodate 6 person After 2 days we moved to another room that also had roches Terrible experience Also very far from metro Hotel staff...
