"Check in was quick and both the checkin and checkout staff was very helpful. The room was clean and even though we had a room in the front it was quiet. There were lots of electrical plugs, especially by the beds, so no issue in plugging in my husband's breather and our cell phones and tablets. Only thing I missed was, although there was coffee provided, there wasn't any tea bags and I forgot to bring some."

"The spa and treatments are very high quality! Alpina Restaurant was great but expensive to have all your meals in. I didn’t like having to call shuttle for every spa, meal or other area too far to walk from rooms. Staff came quick but still would rather have everything all in one place. Lots of stairs even in some rooms so those who find stairs difficult shouldn’t stay here Pool not impressive. No hot tub but some rooms have a jacuzzi bath tub. "
