"People that came in and out of the room had no regard for others with their loud talking and laughing even though signs were posted to be quiet in the sleeping area. The in room bathroom/shower was out of service for a day. The ones outside of the room had no functioning locks. I found another place to stay and left."

"I booked and paid on expedia, upon arrival the clerk tried to say i had not paid, then he tried to charge us more saying i had not paid the full price. I had to show him my records before he finally decided i had paid...it felt like a scam, he did apologize but it still felt like a deliberate act. Additionally while in the room, staff members would periodically enter the room and take pictures, i founf this to be disturbing. "

"We had an incredible stay at Hostal Mocambo Beach. Everything went really smooth and the staff is very approachable and kind. The rooms are cozy with amazing views on the ocean and you can hear the waves all night long. Overall we had a great experience and I would highly recommend staying here when you want to spend a beautiful time right at the beach. "
