"Love the bathroom size. The flow of hot water from the shower. Pablo at the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast could have included some hot and dry cereal and more fruits, but it was good"

"Middle of nature reserve , beautiful verdant location. Wonderful included breakfast . We had dinner twice at the restaurant , was delicious and flavorful . Staff attentive. New property, some advertised facilities are not available - No spa, airport shuttle as advertised . Rooms were nice size and rustic to go with natural reserve theme .They have some issues with drainage , Bathrooms were smelly , very offputting . Room configuration bit weird - doorway to shower area . No doors to shower , only half glass door with full visibility of shower from room . Other Glass wall of shower faces outer hallway - can easily fix with some curtains. Overall nice , with a few tweaks can be better . "

"Very nice property and staff. We were delighted with a welcome basket of goodies in our room. We enjoyed the breathtaking green mountain view from our outdoor hot tub. The town center is a quick 5 block walk and offers lots of cute shops and restaurants. I Would recommend this hotel to everyone. "

"Romantic and relaxing, this property is absolutely stunning! There are tropical plants and waterfalls, bird and wildlife sightings, and of course….the natural thermal pools. "

"We had a large suite which was very comfortable. The bedding is some of the best we've ever experienced. The rooftop spa was nice and had great views. The neighborhood is fun with small cafes, restaurants and shops. Cabs were conveniently queued in front of the mall complex next door."
