"We stayed at the Sonesta for one night. Our experience at check-in was probably one of the best we had ever had. Happy smiling faces, great service and the welocme drink. Then at breakfast the next day we were addressed by name (very rarely experienced) and asked regularly if we had everything we needed. I jokingly said I wished they had tamales but apparently they only have these on Sundays. So imagine my surprise and delight when the waiter returned to tell me that he had spoken with the chef and they were going to prepare a tamale for me if I could wait. I was so delighted and humbled by this marvellous attention to detail and the desire to please a guest. Would definitely stay at the Sonesta again."

"Beautiful Hotel in the chic part of town. The top terrace has a great view of town! Staff is very kind and service minded! The bathroom is spacious, the rooms are very comfortable, buffet breakfast is absolutely delicious with little touches from Colombian food!
