"Loved this place. The staff is high energy and super helpful. It’s a stones throw from Atocha station so you can pretty much get anywhere from here. My only complaint was that my first floor room looked out over the bar area and it stayed noisy until well past midnight. Maybe next time I’ll just ask for a quieter room. No complaints about the service though. Top notch."

"hotel was very nice and convenient. service was great. i didnt get an upgrade. The room that we stayed was the room i selected when i booked it. so theres no VIP upgrade. i have no issue. would ahve been nice if i was upgarded..i would go back and stay at Regina Hotel again"
