"Lovely hotel. The only issue is that you have to "request" to have your room made up, but they domt tell you this or make it obvious in any way. We got back rom skiing to a messy room and had to have them leave us towels and thats it. One would assume that housekeeping is part of the price in a 4 star hotel. "

"We are regular visitors. Too bad the restaurant was closed, it is a major attraction for us. Maybe they could find a way to let people know when they are booking. Also the lack of chairs in the room is something I mentioned last visit. There used to be a small table with 2 chairs and those are gone. The only chair is the desk chair and leaves someone having no place but the bed to sit. Apart from this it’s a great place to stay. "
