A deep clean, coat of fresh paint and fixing some things up, would help this house get to the next level. Pro's: The house is large and has a lovely back yard. The air conditioning made the home very comfortable. A few small items for your review: The outlets in master bathroom do not work. I had not received and communication regarding check in. "Our stay in this home was very pleasant. The location is perfect for day trips to Three Rivers and Sequoia National Park; only 30-40 minute drive. Stores and restaurants are extremely close to the house as well as downtown Visalia. The house was very clean and roomy enough for our family."
