"We really enjoyed our stay at the VRBO as it was very in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located (two important qualities to us). The house was immaculate and had everything we needed to relax and cook a few meals in instead of going out to dinner each night. The bed in the master was very comfortable we enjoyed the sitting area in the back and the cute porch in the front. The owners responded immediately to a couple questions and we had no issues. If we return to Hickory we will see if...

"We were in town for a dance competition and this was a perfect spot for our group of 8. It was very clean and well stocked. The location was tucked away and fairly close to our venue. The host was super responsive and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again in the future for dance!"

"Arriving at Trail’s End is such a treat. The little cottage is nestled in at the end of the drive with beautiful rhododendron and rocks and a little creek on site. The back bedroom is a cozy cabin-like room with a very comfortable bed. The trails were fun to explore. Also really enjoyed the Paddy’s Creek trail in Lake James State Park and Fonta Flora brewing (whipporwil farm location) was fantastic. This is a really lovely place.
